Carson-Pegasus Provincial Park is located is 11 km west of Whitecourt on Hwy. 43, 11 km north on Hwy. 32 and 5 km east on access road 612A. Carson-Pegasus Provincial Park is a gem amongst the wilderness. A lake bountifully stocked with Rainbow Trout, fishing is a common activity, whether in a boat or off the seawall for a shoreside experience. Rates: Unserviced site/unit: $29, Serviced/unit: $36, reservations are $10. $8 for firewood. Group Camp Area Fee $195/night for 5 units and $29/night for additional units.
