Family Day is back! Our favourite holiday of the calendar year is celebrated on February 19 this year (but the family-friendly events happen all weekend long). Communities across the Wild Alberta are hosting family-friendly events. Enjoy the holiday, grab the herd , and go make memories. If we’ve missed a 2018 Family Day event, please send us an email  and we’ll update our list quickly.

Kids Can Catch

February 17 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

It’s fishing made fun for all ages and abilities! At Kids Can Catch events, community and corporate partners invite you to give fishing a try, and learn about fish conservation and responsible angling. If the bite is on, you might just catch a fish.

Celebrating it’s 39th anniversary SnoMo Days is an Alberta Winter Festival dedicated to supporting motorized and non-motorized winter leisure sports and family orientated winter leisure activities.
